Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms," "Terms of Use") carefully before using the MUN+ website (the "Service") operated by MUN+ ("us," "we," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Use of Service

The MUN+ Service is designed to provide educational resources, tips, guides, and articles related to Model United Nations for students, educators, and delegates.

A. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by this clause. You agree not to:

• Violate the intellectual property rights of MUN+ or any third party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.
• Transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
• Engage in any harassing, abusive, or hateful conduct.

2. Intellectual Property Rights (IP)

A. Our Content

All content, including the design, text, graphics, guides, speeches, articles, and underlying code of the Service, is the exclusive property of MUN+ and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the downloadable guides (PDFs, DOCX) and informational articles solely for personal, non-commercial Model UN education and preparation. Any redistribution or commercial use requires our prior written consent.

B. User Contributions

Should the Service allow users to post, link, store, share, or otherwise make available content (e.g., comments, forum posts), you grant MUN+ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content on and through the Service.

3. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

A. No Warranty

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. MUN+ makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

B. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MUN+, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
2. Any content obtained from the Service.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where MUN+ is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

5. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MUN+ and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use of the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
